Usage Policy

• It is prohibited to download or distribute content that is prohibited by law.

• Organizing or participating in illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

• You are not allowed to harm, insult or discriminate (based on gender, religion, sexual inclinations, race, age, ethnicity, nation and disability) against other people when using CleanNova.

• The source code of the application must not be accessed or shared without the prior official permission of the CleanNova owner.

• You are not allowed to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others when using CleanNova.

Limited warranties and Liability

The application cannot guarantee the reliability of the system. When using CleanNova, the user uses our services as is. In case of any damage caused during the operation of the system, you also confirm that you will not make any claims against CleanNova and its owners.

We do not view the websites and applications that you use while CleanNova is enabled. It follows that we are not responsible for the websites visited and purchases made by our users. CleanNova does its best to make its services available at all times. However, unpredictable and uncontrollable obstacles, such as a poor connection or VPN services, can change, and from time to time this goal cannot be achieved. Please note that CleanNova is not responsible for accidental deletion, non-delivery or incorrect redirection of data due to network or application problems. CleanNova reserves the right to limit the capabilities of the application at its sole discretion.
